3 Subject of data processing
The subject of data processing is personal data. In accordance with Art. 4 No. 1 GDPR, personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.
4 Processing activities
4.1 Hosting
As part of the hosting of our website, all data processed in connection with the operation and use of the website is stored. This is necessary to enable the operation of the website.
The processing of personal data is therefore based on our legitimate interest in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. To provide our online presence, we use the services of web hosting providers to whom we transmit the above-mentioned data.
